The following terms apply to all Subscribers of ITLABSPEED products and services. ITLABSPEED provides secure online storage for your health records and important documents. Please review these terms, as they outline your rights and responsibilities. Keep your password secure and contact us with any questions.

  • Definition 1:"Account" pertains to the repository of health and health-related data belonging to a Subscriber and/or their designated family members, accessible and managed solely by the Subscriber or authorized designees.
  • Definition 2: "Disclosing Party" is the entity providing health information for inclusion in a Subscriber's Account.
  • Definition 3: "Subscriber" is someone who agrees with ITLABSPEED Software to store health data on the ITLABSPEED website, or who accepts terms to access the platform.
  • Definition 4: "User" is an individual whose health data is stored in a Subscriber's Account and who accesses the Site with their permission.

Acceptance of the Terms

Your agreement to the terms is acknowledged upon proceeding. By continuing, you accept the stated terms.

  • Term 1:Users must acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined by the ITLABSPEED software provider before accessing or using the software.
  • Term 2: "Disclosing Party" is the entity providing health information for inclusion in a Subscriber's Account.
  • Term 3: Users provide their consent to abide by the terms of service, privacy policies, and any other agreements set forth by the ITLABSPEED software provider.
  • Term 4: Users understand their responsibilities and obligations regarding the use of the ITLABSPEED software, including data security, confidentiality, and proper utilization of the software's features.

Payments

Secure payments are accepted for your convenience. Choose your preferred payment method and proceed.

  • Payment 1:The products and services are available under subscription plans of various durations. Payments for subscription plans with a duration of less than a year can be made by card payment or money transfer to our account. ITLABSPEED software provider before accessing or using the software.
  • Payment 2: Users understand that the platform will offer at least one of the mentioned payment methods. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their credentials and payment details provided on the platform.

Restrictions on Use

Please adhere to the specified usage restrictions. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
